Brasserie Max's Sake Martini β Recipe
For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. Itβs light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

30ml gin β choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc β a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake β a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
